1. What is the purpose of this agreement?
1.1 This agreement sets out the terms that apply to the relationship between you and your agent(s) and/or principal(s) (“you” and “your”) and Rosenbrock Electrical Limited t/a Laser Electrical Dunedin and our agent(s) (“we”, “us” and “our”).
2. What information about you can we collect?
2.1 You agree to provide us with and allow us to use all information necessary to give effect to this agreement and the provision of our products and performance of our services.
2.2 Unless your consent is withdrawn in writing, you agree to the disclosure of information:
- to give effect to the provision of our products and performance of our services;
- to enforce our obligations under this agreement or any additional agreement;
- when authorised by you or required by law;
- to assess credit worthiness; and
- to market any of our products and services.
2.3 We will comply with the Privacy Act 2020. We will not use your information unless we have reasonably ensured it is accurate, complete, relevant and not misleading.
3. What are our products and services?
3.1 “Product(s)” and “service(s)” means and includes without limitation: plumbing and electrical components, units, systems, fixtures, fittings, accessories and materials supplied by us; design, plumbing, electrical work, drainage, maintenance, supply, service, repair, labour, delivery and installation.
